Crystal interact with the body’s energy fields, know as vibrational energy. The idea is that the crystals redirect and rechannel energy flow assisting to unblock areas of the body or the energy feild that have become stuck. Crystal Healing is a non invasive, vibrational energy based system of healing. The techniques used may be precisely placed crystals on or around the body, crystal gridding or the use of crystal wands. One example may be a Rose Quartz grid around the body which is a crystal of unconditional love that brngs deep healing by opening the heart chakra.
