An additional element of the team development programs is learning the discipline for competitive gymnastics. Requirements include: regular attendance and punctuality, positive attitude, good work ethic, coachability, strength, flexibility and a commitment to the program.

A program for girls ages 4-8 who have aptitude beyond Beginning / Intermediate classes in the recreational gymnastics program, or have completed Hot Shots/2 curriculum, and have a greater interest in preparing for a competitive environment.

A program for girls ages 8+ who have aptitude beyond Beginning / Intermediate classes in the recreational gymnastics program, or have completed Hot Shots/2 and/or SuperStars, and have a greater interest in preparing for a competitive environment.

A program for the 7+ year old gymnast advanced beyond Intermediate classes in the recreational gymnastics program. For the gymnast who has surpassed the offerings of the SuperStars and/or Senior Stars programs and has the desire to participate in a future competitive gymnastics environment. Focuses on preparing girls ages 7+ for entry levels of the USAG XCEL competitive program of Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond levels.

A program for the 5+ year old gymnast advanced beyond Intermediate classes in the recreational gymnastics program. For the gymnast who has surpassed the offerings of the SuperStars and/or Senior Stars programs and has an increased aptitude, attitude, motivation and dedication for success in a more challenging competitive development program.
